If you are travelling from Lyon Airport to Oz en Oisans, Ben’s Bus will have a bus service to Bourg d’Oisans on most Saturdays during the 2025 / 26 ski season. Expand the DATES section below to see when we operate. Bourg d’Oisans is the town at the bottom of the mountain, close to where the road splits for Alpe d’Huez and Oz. From here you can catch connecting taxis and buses to Oz. We can also assist you if you need to get from Grenoble Airport to Oz, and we have more buses on more dates from that airport.

Shared transfers are the most environmentally way to get to your resort from the airport. We group passengers who are on similarly timed flights and put them on a large coach. Your carbon footprint will therefore be minimal, and we now offset those carbon emissions. Ben’s Bus prices are the cheapest on the market for this journey. A Return ski transfer from Lyon St Exupery Airport to Bourg d’Oisans costs only £75pp Return. Please do read this section fully as we may have some useful advice for you further down.Our Lyon Airport to Bourg d’Oisans transfers only operate on SATURDAYS from the 13th December 2025 – 28th March 2026. We only have a service from Lyon Airport on 13th December, on 28th March we only have a service from Bourg d’Oisans. Visit our Alternative Transport page for recommendations and advice on other ways of getting to your resort.If you are flying in on a FRIDAY EVENING, you could stay overnight at a hotel and take our Saturday morning service. Just select Hotel for the Airline and Airport when you book and then select the first flight arrival time.

If you’re flying on any other WEEKDAY, then we’re sorry but we can’t help you. We do have some weekday services between Grenoble Airport and Bourg d’Oisans (and Rochetaillee). You could use our Booking Form to see if we have a bus on your dates. If the timings work for you, you could take a taxi between Lyon and Grenoble Airport.

– On the 13th December we only have buses from Lyon Airport

– On the 28th March we only have buses to Lyon Airport

Remember, you could book a Single with us for one leg of your journey and travel the other way with another company.

Our bus stop is at the only bus station in Bourg d’Oisans, the VFD Gare Routiere. It is very close to the town centre and there is shelter at the bus station.

Vaujany Transfer TimeThe journey between Lyon Airport and Bourg d’Oisans takes about 1 hour 50 minutes in normal traffic. The journey from Bourg d’Oisans to Oz in a taxi is a further 30 minutes. To co-ordinate a swift changeover, give the taxi driver your Ben’s Bus departure time from Lyon Airport. They will then suggest how to communicate with you on the day.

For your journey back to the airport, we allow more time when we know the travelling conditions may be bad, such as during the school holidays or at certain times of the day.

What if my flight is delayed?

We understand that flights can be delayed and we try to be as flexible as we can be with this. Our bus will wait for you if it can. However, we do have other customers who might have already been waiting a while so we have to consider them as well. We also need to adhere to EU regulations concerning driver hours, so our bus may have to depart on time.If you do miss your transfer with us, if we have a later service and there is space on it, you can travel on that for free. If not, you could either take public transport or ask our team if you could get a taxi to Grenoble Airport and use one of our frequent services from there. A taxi to Grenoble Airport costs around €110.Please note that we are only a bus company and we can’t be held liable if you miss your bus and we can’t find a solution for you. You would need to arrange your own transport at your own cost.
