Lyon Airport to Les Deux Alpes

(On the 6th Dec we only have buses to Les 2 Alpes, on the 28th March we only have buses from Les 2 Alpes)

FLYING IN ON FRIDAY EVENING?

You could stay in a hotel at Lyon Airport and take our Saturday morning service. When you book, choose ‘Hotel’ for the Airline and Airport and then select the first flight arrival time.

FLYING ON ANY OTHER WEEKDAY?

We do not operate any transfers from Lyon Airport on any weekday. We do have some weekday services between Grenoble Airport and Les Deux Alpes. Use our Booking Form to see if we have a bus on your dates. You could take a taxi between Lyon and Grenoble Airport if the timings work for your flights.

FLYING ON SUNDAY?

We do not have any transfers on Sundays. However, we do have Sunday services between Grenoble Airport and Alpe d’Huez. Use our Booking Form to find our bus times. If they work for you, you could take a taxi between Lyon and Grenoble Airport.

A taxi between Grenoble and Lyon Airport takes about 45 minutes and costs about €110. Consult our Alternative Transport page to view other travel options.

From Lyon Airport, we have 1 bus departing around late-morning and 1 bus departing around mid-afternoon (from the 27th December onwards).

From Les Deux Alpes, we have 1 early morning service heading to Lyon Airport and then a later morning service on most dates in January, February and March.

Put your details into our Booking Form and the next page will ask for your flight details. That page will then refresh to show our bus times. If your flight time is not listed, then we are sorry but we do not have a bus to suit you. Hopefully the advice below may help you.

ADVICE IF OUR BUS TIMES ARE NOT SUITABLE :

You could consider a taxi between Lyon and Grenoble Airport (around 45 minutes, costing around €110) and then book our bus from there.

Remember, you could book a Single with us for one leg of your journey and travel the other way with another company.

You can select your stop as part of the booking process. If you have already booked, you can select your stop by logging into your account. Unfortunately we cannot offer any advice on which stop is best for you. You will need to work this out yourself.

The map below can be used in conjunction with the Les Deux Alpes Tourist Office Map to see where your accommodation is. The free Les Deux Alpes Shuttle Buses all stop at the Ben’s Bus stops and you can use this service to get to your accommodation. Check the timetable though as they do not operate really early in the morning!

Point Info: As you head out of resort, just past the last roundabout with the Tourist Office on it, is a bus stop on your right. See it in google maps

For People’s Hostel, Hotel Club Le Panorama, L’Alba, Hotel Adre, Chalet Annapurna, Aiguille Lodge. Take the Free Shuttle Bus up to Les 2 Alpes 1800 for Residence Le Jandri,  Club Med, Hotel Mercure, Hotel Jam Session, Hotel La Berangere and Hotel Turan. Les 2 Alpes 1800 is a steep uphill walk from our stop and the shuttle bus does not operate 24hrs a day. Local taxi companies may not agree to doing such a short in-resort journey. You should consider this before booking with us.

For Meijotel, L’Orée des Pistes and the Hotels Cote Brune, La Brunerie, Le Sherpa, Le Cairn, Le Meije, Le Cret, Atmosphere, Les Lupins.

For UCPA, Ours Blanc, Cortina, La Muzelle, and the Hotels Les Melezes, Le Chalet, des Neige, Belle Etoile, Aalborg. Take the Free Shuttle Bus up to the “Zone du Soleil” for Le Flocon d’Or, Le Prince des Ecrins & Le Soleil. The Zone du Soleil is a steep uphill walk from our stop and the shuttle bus does not operate 24hrs a day. Local taxi companies may not agree to doing such a short in-resort journey. You should consider this before booking with us.

We understand that flights can be delayed and we try to be as flexible as we can be with this. Our bus will wait for you if it can. However, we do have other customers who might have already been waiting a while so we have to consider them as well. We also need to adhere to EU regulations concerning driver hours, so our bus may have to depart on time.

If you do miss your transfer with us, if we have a later service and there is space on it, you can travel on that for free. If not, you could either take public transport or ask our team if you could get a taxi to Grenoble Airport and use one of our frequent services from there. A taxi to Grenoble Airport costs around €110.

Please note that we are only a bus company and we can’t be held liable if you miss your bus and we can’t find a solution for you. You would need to arrange your own transport at your own cost.

• We have bilingual managers to greet you at the the Airport and reps in resort to help you with your transfer.
• We typically use larger vehicles which are more environmentally friendly and we are carbon neutral.
• We use experienced drivers who know the mountainous terrain.
• We are a well established company who have been operating in the Alps for many years.

Please note that from time to time, our transfers to and from Lyon Airport may make a stop at Bourg d’Oisans, where you may need to change over to another feeder vehicle. Our reps and / or drivers will help you with this and we will try and keep this inconvenience to a minimum.
