Grenoble Airport to Bourg St Maurice transfers

Our Transfers from Grenoble Airport to Bourg St Maurice operate on the following days:

SATURDAYS: From the 13th December 2025 until the 4th April 2026

SUNDAY 28th Dec and 1st, 8th & 15th March : From Grenoble Airport to Bourg

SUNDAY 4th Jan and 8th, 15th & 22nd March : From Bourg Grenoble Airport

OTHER DAYS: There is a shuttle bus from Grenoble Airport to Grenoble city centre from where you can take a train or bus to Bourg. Visit our Alternative Transport page for links and suggestions for public transport and private taxis.

We also run a more frequent service, on more dates, from Geneva Airport to Bourg St Maurice, as well as a Saturday service from Geneva Airport to Les Arcs.

Please Note The Following Exceptions:

– On the 13th December we only have services to Bourg

– On the 4th April we run a limited service to Bourg

GRENOBLE AIRPORT > BOURG ST MAURICE

Our last bus on Saturday generally departs Grenoble Airport in the mid-late afternoon. If you arrive too late for our service, we would recommend taking a private transfer. You could also consider staying in a hotel near Grenoble Airport overnight and catching our Sunday morning service.

Our only bus on Sunday departs Grenoble Airport in the morning.

BOURG ST MAURICE > GRENOBLE AIRPORT

We generally have around 4 – 5 services from Bourg but they are all morning services. This is because any services leaving later in the day just get snarled up in traffic jams, especially during the school holiday period. If you are flying out of Grenoble Airport on an evening flight, on some Saturdays we have an early afternoon service from Moutiers. This is the town a bit further along the valley floor. The best way to get to Moutiers is by train, as this avoids the nasty traffic jams than can happen between Bourg and Moutiers.

We only have one early morning Sunday service from Bourg.

You may therefore be better to book 2 sets of Singles, either to / from Bourg and then to / from Moutiers.

The transfer time between Grenoble Airport and Bourg St Maurice is usually between 2 hours 45 minutes and 3 hours 15 minutes, covering a distance of 183 km. Please note that the above times are approximations. We allow extra time on certain dates & certain times of the day when we know the traffic may be bad. With years of experience driving this route, we know exactly how long to allow for the journey depending on the time and date of the transfer. We usually drop off and pick up from Bay Number 15 of the main bus station in Bourg St Maurice, the “Gare Routiere”. Click to see the bus station in googlemaps. This is the bus and train station of Bourg St Maurice and is a few minutes walk from the funicular station. We do ask our customers to keep an eye out for our vehicles as the bus station can get very busy and it is not always possible to park at Bay Number 15. Look out for a bus with “Ben’s Bus – Grenoble Airport” in the window.
