We will use Your Personal Data to (1) enable you to book and pay for our services, (2) arrange for the delivery of our services to you or to a third party, (3) allow you to access your booking via our website, (4) provide you with our services that you or a third party has paid for, including updating you by email or text messages about the service you have booked with us (5) carry out any necessary administrative and accounting purposes and (6) respond to complaints. We may share Your Personal Data with selected third parties but only for the purposes of providing the service that you have purchased through us. Such third parties may include business partners, suppliers and sub contractors both in the UK and in France.

We do not use Your Personal Data or any Third Party Data for marketing purposes without your consent. You must sign up to our mailing list via our Contact Us page or tick the appropriate box when you book your transfer with us should you wish to receive news about our services. You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any marketing email we send to you or by contacting us. We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By subscribing to our mailing list through our dedicated sign up forms, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms

We only keep Your Personal Data or Third Party Personal Data for as long as is necessary for the purpose of the provision of the services and to enable us to respond to any queries or complaints that you or a relevant third party may have. We regularly review our information and erase Personal Data when we no longer need it (apart from any Personal Data that we are required to keep for legal reasons). We may continue to hold Your Personal Data if we are required to do so for legal reasons.

In respect of the billing post code and country of the payment card, we only temporarily store this data for 24 hours.

Any payment transactions will be made through our secure third-party payment processor OPAYO. Ben’s Bus Ltd and its partners and affiliates have no access to your full credit card details.

We take appropriate measures to ensure that Your Personal Data is kept secure, including using SSL certificates for our websites. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not always completely secure and we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website. Any transmission is at your own risk.
