You can do the following when you log in
- Change Personal Details for free.
- Change Travel Plans at a cost of £8pp (free for Ben’s Bus Plus customers, or if you change your flight details but your bus times are unaffected).
- Add Extra Bags to your booking. Your luggage allowance and fees for adding extra bags can be found on our luggage allowance page.
- To change only 1 Person’s Travel Plans from a group booking, please log in and expand the appropriate section, which will explain how to do this
You CANNOT do the following when you log in
- Add People To Your Booking : Please make a completely new booking for the additional passenger(s).
- Change a Single > Return : The cheapest and simplest way to do this is to just make a second Single booking for the other part of your journey.
- Change a Return > Single : Visit our Cancellation page and scroll further down to see details on how to do that.
Can’t find your booking reference number?
The Booking Reference Number is located on your e-Ticket. View our Conditions of Sale for our terms on cancelling and changing your booking.
Does changing my booking cost?
Any manual changes made by us will be charged at £15pp.
