Please enter your travel details into our Booking Form. Once you have selected your dates and flights, our site will propose some shared transfer times for you to choose from. If we don't have anything to suit you, you could consider using public transport, a hire car or a private transfer. Please read the below advice should your flight time not be listed.

AIRPORT > RESORT : My flight lands after the last time listed

If your flight arrives after the last time listed, then we're sorry but we can't transport you. The following tips may help you:

-  Consider changing your flight to an earlier one.

- Arriving on a Friday / Saturday evening? Consider staying in a hotel at Geneva Airport and then take our morning bus the next day. Just select "Hotel" for your Airline and Airport and the first flight arrival time listed to see what we have available in the morning.

- Heading to a Meribel / Mottaret valley resort? Use our booking form to see if we have a later bus to Moutiers, the town on the valley floor.

- Heading to La Plagne? Use our booking form to see if we have a later bus to Aime or Moutiers.

- Heading to Les Arcs? Use our booking form to see if we have a later bus to Bourg St Maurice.

- You could then book a Single to the town on the valley floor and then make another, separate, Single booking back from your resort.

- If none of these options work for you, consider using public transport or take a look at our alternative transport page.

Remember, you could book a Single with us one way and another Single with another transport company for the other part of your journey.

RESORT > AIRPORT : My flight departs before the first time listed

If your flight departs before the first time listed in our dropdowns, then we cannot help you and you will probably need to use public transport or book a private transfer or a hire car.

Remember, you could book a Single with us one way and another Single with another transport company for the other part of your journey.

If your resort is not listed below, then we're sorry but we can't help you. This page of our website has some useful advice.

NEW SATURDAY SERVICE TO FLAINE!!! Visit our Geneva Airport to Flaine page for more details

Please select your resort from the images below to find out everything you need to know about our transfers. We can also help you with:

La Rosiere - Book to Bourg St Maurice and then use a public bus or taxi to climb up to La Rosiere.

La Tania - Book a transfer to Moutiers, from where you can get a taxi. Some taxi numbers can be found here.

Le Bettaix – Book a transfer to Les Menuires. From there you can book a taxi and some taxi numbers can be found here.

Vallandry - Book a ticket to Bourg St Maurice and use the public buses or a private taxi to get up to Vallandry.

Landry ; Peisey-Nancroix ; Plan Peisey ; Les Coches – Book a ticket to Aime (or Moutiers or Bourg St Maurice) and then use the public buses or a private taxi to climb up to your resort. You can find some information recommendations about onward travel on our Aime page.

Plagne 2000 (Aime La Plagne): Plagne Villages - You could book a ticket to Plagne Centre (see our Plagne Centre stop in googlemaps) and then use the public buses or a private taxi to climb up to your resort. If you do this, we recommend NOT arriving into the resort too late (so book a morning flight into Geneva) and NOT departing the resort too early (so book an afternoon flight from Geneva) as getting between resorts either late in the day or early in the morning could be difficult. You could also consider booking our bus to Aime, the town on the valley floor, and getting a taxi up the mountain.

Plagne Bellecote - You could book a ticket to Plagne 1800 (see our Plagne Bellecote stop in googlemaps) and then use the public buses or a private taxi to climb up to your resort.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Read more about What happens if my flight is delayed?

If you are delayed we may be able to hold our bus for a short while. However, we have other customers to consider and our driver hours are strictly regulated by law.

Unlike other companies, we sacrifice profit and leave more and more empty seats on our buses as the day progresses. This is so we can get you on the next bus for free if you're late, availability permitting. We are only a bus company though and we can't be held liable if we can't find a solution for you.

If you are worried about the time between your flight landing and our bus departing, just select a later bus when you book. When you arrive at the airport, approach our team and if there is space on an earlier bus, you can get on that for free.

We kindly ask for your patience and consideration if you are at our bus on time but we have to wait for late arriving passengers.

Please do not contact us if you are delayed. Just approach a rep after Baggage Reclaim and we will try to fit you on a later bus.

If you are on the last bus of the day, we will try to hold that back a little longer. If you are very delayed and you miss our last bus, then we are sorry but we will not be able to transport you that evening. You would either need to take a taxi or stay in a hotel at or close to the airport - at your own expense. You could then take our first bus the following morning, if we have one and availability permitting.

Please read our Conditions of Sale for further information.

flying into one airport and out of another

Read more about flying into one airport and out of another

If you are flying into one airport and out of another, then you cannot book a 'Return'. You would need to make 2 separate 'Single' bookings for each leg of the journey. This is standard practice in the travel industry and we cannot offer any discounts if you need to book 2 Singles.

If you are travelling to 1 resort but coming back from another, you would also need to make 2 separate 'Single' bookings. We can't help with transfers between resorts. We'd advise either booking a taxi for that journey, or take a public bus down to the town on the valley floor (Moutiers, Aime, Bourg St Maurice or Bourg d'Oisans) and then another public bus to go back up.

Open up our Online Booking Form and click on the "Single" button. Then click the 'From' dropdown to see the list of airports. Underneath the airports, you will see the resorts listed. You can select a resort for booking your Single journey from the resort back to the airport.

We cannot guarantee that there will be toilets on our vehicles or if there are, that they will be working. Please make use of the facilities in resort or at the airport before boarding the bus.

If there is no toilet or it is not working or it is locked, ask the driver to stop along the way as we do pass motorway service areas. To be extra sure, you could ask your rep to have a word with the driver before you leave to ensure he does understand that you may need to stop en-route.

If you have a medical condition that may require you to use the toilet urgently, we would suggest looking at alternative transport options, since we cannot guarantee working toilets.

REASONS FOR TOILETS BEING OUT OF OPERATION

There are genuine reasons for the toilets not being in operation. A lot of our buses park in the mountains overnight and the chemicals can freeze. Buses need special facilities to empty their toilets. If they over-fill, it can get a bit messy! Our buses are sometimes used all day and so may not have the time or opportunity to visit these special facilities.

Our policy on carrying children depends on the route you are interested in. For more exact details, please visit our childrens page.

Each person is allowed to bring 1 HOLD ITEM and 1 small piece of HAND LUGGAGE. This is included in your ticket price. If you wish to bring more than this, you will need to pay for the extra items.

HOLD ITEMS are defined as any item that WILL NOT FIT into the overhead rack of a bus (which are much smaller than on airplanes!). Hold Items need to be paid for (if over your allowance mentioned above) and could include:

Suitcase, holdall, large ruck sack etc    |    Skis / Snowboard   |    Boot-bag   |    Pushchair   |    Small airline-style 'Wheelie Bags'

HAND LUGGAGE is defined as anything that fits into the overhead rack of a bus (which are much smaller than on airplanes!) So small rucksacks, handbags etc. Small airline-style ‘Wheelie Bags’ WILL NOT FIT into these racks and so they count as hold items.

You can buy additional hold items when you book, or you can log in later and purchase them.

Extra luggage you have purchased will appear in the "Price Breakdown" box of your eticket email.

Read our tip on How to Reduce your Luggage Weight and Carbon Footprint.

FEES FOR PURCHASING EXTRA BAGS

Our prices for purchasing extra Hold Items are between £3-4 per item per journey, depending on which route you are booked on.

We need to charge for ski carriage because our buses have limited space. We monitor how many extra bags have been ordered by our customers and reduce the number of seats we sell on a bus accordingly. Obviously we therefore lose sales as we can't sell as many seats, which is why we need to charge for the carriage of extra bags.

I am not flying into Geneva airport!

Read more about I am not flying into Geneva airport!

No problem, as long as you can be present in the Arrivals Terminal (Swiss side) at Geneva airport.

When you book, please select 'Connection', 'Hotel' or 'Train' for the Airline and Airport options. Then select the time that you will arrive at the airport and our bus times will appear.

We're sorry if you're having problems paying. We hope this page provides a solution for you.

When we say 'Issuing Bank' we are talking about the bank that supplied the card to the 'Card Holder'.

When we say 'Card Holder" we are talking about the person who puts their card details into the Payments Page.

TRANSACTION DECLINED!

The Issuing Bank has complete control over when a transaction is declined. We cannot do anything about this. They may be declining it because it triggered a fraud alert. If it keeps declining, you could either contact your bank or get someone else in the group to book.

Here are some common reasons for seeing a Declined Message:

- Card Number, Expiry Date or 3 Digit Code were entered incorrectly.

- Insufficient funds in the account.

- Foreign letters or Characters were entered as part of your Name, Mobile Number or Billing Address. Please only use alpha-numeric, Latin letters. Do not use characters such as - ' ! " ?

- International Dialling Code (IDC) was entered at the start of your mobile phone number. The IDC must only be entered by way of our dropdown! For instance, do not type 004407767.. and instead type 07767...

- Personal Details of 'Lead Passenger' do not match those of the 'Card Holder': The Passenger Details Page on our website takes information about the 'Lead Passenger'. To assist in fraud prevention, it is our legal obligation to send this information to the Issuing Bank. If the data you give us about the Lead Passenger does not match what the Issuing Bank has for the Card Holder, they may decline the transaction.

BOOKING A BUS FOR SOMEONE ELSE

If you are trying to book a bus for someone else and you enter their details as the Lead Passenger, the Issuing Bank could trigger a decline as those details will be different from you, the Card Holders' details. You could instead book for yourself (so enter your Name, Mobile Number, email address as the Lead Passenger) and then, once the booking has been confirmed, Log In to change the personal details to the person who is actually travelling. We do not charge anything for these types of changes.

ISSUES BOOKING FROM HONG KONG

We are aware that some Hong Kong banks are declining some of our transactions for unknown reasons. We are sorry for this. Despite our considerable efforts, we have not been able to find out why. This is the only solution we have for you:

Ask a friend or family member who is based in another country to book for themselves. They will need to enter their own Name, Mobile Number, email address and Billing Address as the 'Lead Passenger'. Then, once the booking has been confirmed, they can Log In to change the personal details to the person who is actually travelling. We do not charge anything for these types of changes. Just make sure they have all the exact and correct information about dates, resorts and flights!!

NOPE! NONE OF THE ABOVE HELPS!

We're sorry if the above does not help you. You could try with another card or from another device. Or you could ask another member of your group to try booking. If you still encounter problems with multiple cards then please email ku.oc.subsneb@ecnanif and provide the following information, and we'll look into it for you:

- The time and date you were attempting to pay

- The name of the card holder

- If possible a screenshot of the error you receive and any other relevant information
