Geneva to Tignes Transfers

Please read this entire section for full advice on your options. You can book a Geneva Airport to Tignes shared transfer on:

SATURDAYS: 6th December 2025 – 25th April 2026

SUNDAYS: 14th December 2025 – 5th April 2026

WEEKDAYS: We don’t have any buses from any airport to Tignes on weekdays.

Useful Tips:

– You could book a Single with us and then another Single with another company or use public transport.

– You could consider changing your flight so you can take our service.

– You could consider staying in a hotel overnight at Geneva Airport.

– If you’re going to Les Brevieres on a Sunday, consider booking our bus to Bourg St Maurice and taking a taxi from there. Or booking to Tignes 1800 and use the free shuttle buses.

Please Note The Following Exceptions:

– On the 6th & 14th December we only have buses to Tignes

– On the 5th & 25th April we only have buses from Tignes

If your flight time is not listed, then we are sorry but we cannot help you. However, you could consider the following options:

– You could change your flight to one that suits our bus times

– If you are arriving on a Friday / Saturday evening, you could stay in a hotel at Geneva Airport and then take our morning bus the next day. Just select “Hotel” for your Airline and Airport and the first flight arrival time listed to see our morning bus times.

– Remember, you could book a Single with us and another Single with another company and / or use public transport.

The journey between Geneva Airport and Tignes Les Brevieres, the closest of the Tignes resorts, usually takes around 3 hours 5 minutes.

Tignes 1800 is another 10 to 15 minutes up the road,  Le Lac is a further 10 minutes and Val Claret a quick 5 minute dart up the mountain. 

The transfer times given above are approximations. We allow more time for the journey when we think the traffic may be bad, such as during the school holidays or when local events are taking place. 

Our vehicles generally take the fastest and most direct route, via the A41 motorway and then the N90 national road through Annecy. The road between Moutiers and Bourg St Maurice (where we may ask you to change buses) can be subject to heavy traffic, especially between 8am – 12 noon. You should try to avoid travelling at these times, especially during the French school holidays. The last stretch of the journey is the D902 mountain road up to Tignes.

The maps below will be shown on your e-Ticket. Click to see the Tignes Tourist Office map which will help you find your accommodation. The free shuttle buses depart from, or very close to, all of the Ben’s Bus stops and circulate the resort 24/7.

Tignes Val Claret Bus Stop

The ‘Gare Routiere’ Bus Station, which is a small outdoor coach park on the North Eastern side of the village, just above all of the buildings. It is close to the Parking du Golf. View our Val Claret Bus Stop in GoogleMaps.

Tignes Le Lac Bus Stop

At the main bus station, the “Gare Routiere”, in the centre of the village. If you are staying in Le Lavachet, this is the stop for you. View our Le Lac Bus Stop in Google Maps.

Tignes 1800 Bus Stop

Tignes Les Brevieres Bus Stop

On the road out of the village, on the left there is a large parking area. Most of the Tignes Chalet Chardons chalets are located in this resort. View the Les Brevieres Bus Stop in GoogleMaps.

Please note that from time to time, our transfers from Geneva Airport may require a stop at Moutiers, Aime or Bourg St Maurice, where you may need to change over to another feeder coach. Our reps and / or drivers will help you with this and we will try and keep this inconvenience to a minimum.
